Wire Forming

Gordon Products Ltd has an extensive range of 2D and 3D CNC Wire Forming machines, allowing production in gauges from 1mm to 8mm diameter in stainless steels and up to 12mm in mild or pre-galvanised steel. Our machines offer capability, capacity and flexibility to deal with bespoke designs and major volume production requirements.

Our designers, technical staff and engineers can assist with designs saving valuable hours when developing products. Utilising over 50 years of knowledge and knowhow together with latest CAD software to assist in the process.

Our range of products extends from simple hooks to complex geometries for technical products. As such Gordon Products is a major supplier to the construction, fire protection, healthcare, furniture and horticultural industries in addition to the vast customer base related to lower volumes of bespoke products.

To complement our wire forming facility we also have extensive sheet metal processing, welding and can offer a full range of surface treatments, plating, and powder coating solutions.

Wire assemblies are manufactured using our own on-site manufactured jigs and fixtures ensuring close attention to quality is maintained throughout the process.
