Gordon Products Ltd facility to form wire and sheet metal components is complimented by our fabrication and welding facilities, enabling the manufacture of multiple component assemblies.
It is the skill and experience of interfacing sheet metal components and wire forming that lends our capabilities to so many industries and why Gordon Products continues be able to offer solutions as a one stop supplier for welded frames, fixtures and assemblies that support so many industries.
Our in-house engineering facility for precision tool and jig manufacture, enables us to ensure we can control tolerances to the levels required to suit desired applications.
Aligning our wire forming, press, punch, folding and laser cutting is core to our business and can be complimented by powder and surface coatings. This together with the facility for additional fixtures and fittings can make for a true one stop manufacture solution.
Capabilities
- Folding of sheet forms up to 4mm x 2m
- Spot Welding from 2-6mm
- Mig and Tig welding from 2-12mm
- Press fittings from clinch nuts to threaded inserts
- Thread tapping in sheet metal from up to 5mm thick
- Form round bar lengths with thread rolled ends from 3-10mm dia.
- Assembly of parts including fixing of end caps, fixtures, moulding and nuts and bolts etc.
- Surface coatings and finishes to suit technical and cosmetic applications
