Utilising a variety of CNC driven machines, laser cutting and manual processes, Gordon Products can offer a variety of options for forming, folding, punching and pressing sheet metal.
Our CNC punch and folding machines are ideally suited to repetitive processing where maximising quantities from individual sheets provides cost benefits and greater accuracy. Ideal for blanking out shapes and folding sections offering a flexible manufacture capability.
For larger-scale production we have five coil fed lines which provide efficient and accurate manufacture. Our in-house tooling and engineering team can assist with development of designs to maximise the benefits of these processes.
Our press breaks and array of 11 Fly presses operating in a range from 6 to 60 tons can form, rib or add fixings to your component to give a complete one stop service.
Our laser cutting service extends up to 4mm Mild, Stainless and Galvanised materials and offers further flexibility to our manufacturing capabilities.
We carry a wide range of material, but if your requirements are more specialized, this can be sourced from our reputable suppliers.
